Mosquito Bites | Natural Remedies

Most of us treat mosquito bites with commercial mosquito sprays, (cough! cough!) which do more to drive me into the house then prevent mosquito bites. I’ve tried herbal-based bug spray to little effect. (Although I do like the fragrance.)

How To Reduce Swelling

Ever hear of Morton's neuroma? It's a painful swelling of the foot or ankle which can radiate into the leg. It's breathtakingly painful. Yesterday, as I eased off the massage table, I felt a stabbing, glass-like pain in my foot. In fact, I thought I'd stepped on a piece of glass.
